They benefit from interactions with MPDE's partners and from the networking with other members. Recruitment Support

MPDE promotes members' job openings through social media, websites, and job fairs to extensive networks of diverse candidates. We also receive resume submissions from great candidates and match them to members' openings.

Professional Development

In addition to discounted attendance at MPDE's signature Bridges Conference, members receive access to presentation materials and exclusive content designed to help districts maintain an equitable and inclusive school culture.

Peer Mentoring

Members attend monthly virtual meetings with additional professional development opportunities as well as invaluable conversations with administrators from other districts pursuing the same goals.

MPDE is currently accepting new members on a prorated basis from January 2025 - May 2025.

Members will be expected to pay full membership dues for the 2025/2026 academic year.
